Transport frame for wind turbine blades
This steel component has been produced for a wind turbine manufacturer, and serves as a frame for wind turbine blades onboard cargo ships. Each frame is 4 m high, 3.5 m wide, and weighs around 1.8 tonnes. The customer has set high demands for the quality of the welds, measurement tolerances, and finish.
