Complete surface treatment for wind turbine cabins

East Metal supplies many different types of steel structures to wind turbine manufacturers. For example, these wind turbine cabins have been welded and post-treated by East Metal. The surface treatment used in this case involved shot blasting, metalising, and painting. Each cabin has a surface area of 546 m2, and approximately 200 kg of metalising and 1000 litres of paint are required to treat each cabin.
